Currently, all orders are by telephone or email only.
We do accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
We require 100% down on all fixtures before we will schedule them for production.
Prices and finishes as reflected on this web site are subject to change. We will supply you with current prices and verify finishes once your order is placed.
Shipping and Returns
All lighting orders are subject to a minimum additional 10% fee for shipping within the continental United States. All over-sized shipments require a per fixture quote. Sales tax will be added for orders shipped within Minnesota.
If we made a mistake in the manufacture of your lighting fixture, you may return the light fixture to Lightworks after contacting us. Otherwise, ALL CUSTOM-BUILT AND HISTORIC REPRODUCTION LIGHT FIXTURES ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
Credit will be issued for returned items, less shipping costs, if applicable. All returns must be made within 30 days of the date of shipping. Returns must be in original condition and include a receipt. Note that once products are installed, they are not considered to be in original condition. You must ship prepaid in order for us to accept a return of an item. We do not refund shipping costs, unless we made an error in the manufacture of your item.
Authentic antique fixtures can be returned within 7 days for a STORE CREDIT ONLY - NO REFUNDS, There is a 25% restocking fee (based on purchase price) for all returned antique fixtures. Sales of all altered antique fixtures (lenghtened, shortened, change of finish or otheralterations) ARE FINAL.
Warranty
Our products are guaranteed for two (2) years after receipt against defects in materials and workmanship. Light fixtures must be used with the proper type of bulb within the maximum allowable wattage. We do not guarantee against damage caused by the use of improper light bulbs.
Our warranty does not cover:
- Changes in the look of unlacquered brass finishes.
- Vintage or antique light fixtures which are sold as is.
- Cost of removal or re-installation.
- Normal wear and tear, including weather related damage.
- Damage to finishes caused by exposure to weather, corrosive products and improper cleaning and maintenance/
- Damage to fixtures or shades from improper use of light bulbs.
- Light bulbs and other consumable goods.
